In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the US & Canada.


Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7-14 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, www.GroundZerobyLMJ.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.


Our Standard shipping charge is $4.00 and up depending on the total weight of items.


Standard / USPS - Arrives 3-7 business days from shipped date.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.
GroundZero Designs cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:

All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds.

 

Exchanges:

We welcome exchanges on orders. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping it to Ground Zero Designs and shipping charges for the new product. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund.  There is a $4.00 re-shipping fee for the exchange depending on the weight of the item.

All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 30 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 30 days, we have no further liability.

Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice.

Please specify the name of the product you would like in exchange, and what size you would like. Include this with your return package or email the details with your order number to Contact@GroundZerobyLMJ.com.

If you receive and item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us at Contact@GroundZerobyLmj.com immediately. Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.
